How much is shipping?

Small flat rate envelope: $5.00

Medium flat rate box: $11.00

Large flat rate box: $15

How long will it take my order to ship? 

Allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification. 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Due to Conronavirus pandemic are sales are final.  At this time exchanging items purchased for another items have been temporary suspended until further noticed. Please choose you selection wisely. There are no refunds.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?

If you do not live in the U.S.A. package will not be shipped. 

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

My order was place successfully, but why I didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

(During the coronavirus  pandemic orders can take between 7-14 busy days to be received.)

During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.

What time do you update your online shop?

Saturday 12am pacific standard time.

When are particular items released?

Generally we do not have a set release date.
